1st round jurying complete

October 6th is gonna rock!  We're done with our 1st round of jurying and are already at 84% full - woo hoo!  If you are a jewelry vendor and were thinking of attending get your application in asap, we are almost at our 15% capacity. The crafts look great and the food vendors who will be there have my mouth watering already.  I can't wait until October 6th, hope to see you there too!

Happy New Year!

Howdy, All!  Hope everyone had a great holiday season and is ready for the promise of a better new year!  I know I am.

REMINDER: 2012 applications will not be available or accepted until April, with the cut-off in mid-September. This mention because I got one today (no lie), so I want to make that clear to anyone just coming into this.

Tuesday, January 24th, is the next PTSA meeting and four of us will meet an hour earlier to discuss preparations and resources for the 2012 Arts & Crafts Fair.  I'll be taking a guiding role while four others are prepared to be committee members.  All we need is a parent willing to be the central contact and decision maker.  It's a tough sell when people see the expansiveness of this event, but really it's been quite enjoyable and rewarding with the quality parents that have come forward to help in the past, and I know there will be the in the years to come.

If you've been trying to reach me/us, my sincerest apologies - it's been a rough winter health-wise, but I need to find the energy to bring the administrative side current (emails, voice mails, web, Facebook, documents, files......) and ease the transition.  Rest assured, it will be done because I don't believe in leaving our supporters hanging.  Not for too much longer!

Keep checking back as we continue to work toward another great fair.
