Craft Fair Volunteer Reminder!

This is a reminder that you signed up for a shift during Craft Fair Friday, October 6 or Saturday October 7.  
Please check your shift date and time at http://signup.com/go/EFjNotD 
We are counting on you being there during your assigned shift

Some details to keep in mind:


· Make sure you arrive on time.


· Plan on parking off campus. On campus parking will be $5 and limited to folks shopping at the Craft Fair. Carpooling is advised.


· Wear bronco gear or red and black – something that identifies you as a BV student.


· Be sure to sign in for your shift with Mrs. Sloan before you start at the Info Booth in the front of the fair.


· Be sure to sign out with Mrs. Sloan at the Info Booth before leaving once your shift is complete to validate your full attendance. There could be opportunities to work additional shifts for more community service hours.


If you cannot make a shift or need to swap your shift, please change it online at http://signup.com/go/EFjNotD by Oct. 4th. Changes needed after Oct.4th will need to be done by contacting Mrs. Sloan at susloan@sanjuan.edu. Failure to do so could result in not receiving community service credit. Showing up for a shift not assigned online or worked out ahead of time with Mrs. Sloan will not count for community service.


Remember that you are representing our school and community and courtesy is expected. If you have a rough experience with an overly rude vendor, walk away and find Mrs. Sloan at the Info Booth to handle the situation. All in all this should be a great day and a fun way to get those hours your need for clubs and classes.

The Bella Vista Arts & Craft Fair is just around the corner and is a very important fundraiser for Bella Vista High School.  Not only has it been a part of the Fair Oaks community for over 30 years, it also provides 90% of the income used by the PTSA to issue scholarships and teacher grants, make capital improvements, provide resources to the library (books and technology), and provide support for various school clubs and activities at Bella Vista.   All students benefit from the proceeds, which go back to BV.  We’ll have over 250 vendors and close to 5,000 attendees.  We need your help to make this a success.

Booths are filling up fast.  We are 85% full!  But there are booths available.  
Be sure to send in your application with the signed Waiver of Liability as soon as possible.

Round 1 Done!!

We have completed Round 1 of the jury process & confirmation packets are being mailed out this week.

Don't worry we still some booths available so get your application sent.

Round 2 will be mid July- early August.

Please remember that along with your application, you must include:
-PTSA Waiver
-photos
-check for full payment
-a self addressed/stamped envelope.

Missing any of the above listed items could delay in your application being processed.

We are looking forward to another great fair!!

ALL items must be received with app & payment.  If not, the app will NOT be processed.

2017 FAIR INFO!!!

Hello All

The brightly colored flyers have been mailed with all the important dates.  They have also been added below.

Note that this year's fair is SATURDAY OCTOBER 7, 2017 8am - 4pm

April 15 - Applications will be available on the website.
June 5 - Completed applications and fees due for 1st  round selection.
June 20 - Confirmation packets to be mailed out and first deposit of fees.
July 22 & Aug 26 - Additional deposit dates.
Aug 15 - FINAL Deadline for submitting FOOD applications and final deposit of fees.
Sept 8 - FINAL Deadline for submitting CRAFT applications and final deposit of fees.
