2017 Applications are now available.

**CRAFT VENDORS -  MUST complete apps, PTSA (CF) Waiver, check and a self addressed stamped envelope.

**FOOD VENDORS - MUST complete apps, PTSA (CF) Waiver, TFF, check and a self addressed stamped envelope.

ALL items must be received with app & payment.  If not, the app will NOT be processed.

2017 FAIR INFO!!!

Hello All

The brightly colored flyers have been mailed with all the important dates.  They have also been added below.

Note that this year's fair is SATURDAY OCTOBER 7, 2017 8am - 4pm

April 15 - Applications will be available on the website.
June 5 - Completed applications and fees due for 1st  round selection.
June 20 - Confirmation packets to be mailed out and first deposit of fees.
July 22 & Aug 26 - Additional deposit dates.
Aug 15 - FINAL Deadline for submitting FOOD applications and final deposit of fees.
Sept 8 - FINAL Deadline for submitting CRAFT applications and final deposit of fees.

Round 1 Done!!

The first round of jurying has been completed & confirmation packets are being mailed out this week.
Our first deposit will be made on June 30th. 

Thank you to those have sent in their applications. It's going to be another great year.

Second round will be mid July with target date for second deposit on/or about July 22nd.

Again, there is still time to submit your app just be sure that the waiver is attached (this is a must).

This is required by the PTSA and can be found under the above "CF Wavier"

Apps will not be processed going forward without this wavier.
