Craft Fair 2020

To our vendors and community,

While it was a very difficult decision, the Bella Vista Parent, Teacher, Student Association (PTSA) and the Craft Fair Committee have opted to cancel the Arts & Crafts Fair scheduled for October 3, 2020. We believe this decision was best for the safety and well-being of the vendors, the volunteers, and the community as a whole, during these challenging times. 

While it is true that the fair is still many months away, there is a great deal of planning and preparation that must take place in the next couple of months for such a large event.  We have determined that there are simply too many challenges associated with this planning to maintain adequate safety standards.

We would like to thank all our vendors and the community for supporting the Bella Vista High School PTSA, and want you to know that we will continue to work hard towards the next Craft Fair in 2021. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact us at

Friday, May 15, 2020.

Important Dates

May 15, 2020 - Applications available on this website
June 30, 2020 - Applications due to be included in the 1st round of jurying
July 15, 2020 - Conformation packets sent (to all vendors included in the 1st round of jurying)
July 15 - Sept 15, 2020 - Applications processed as received
Sept 15, 2020 - Final day to submit both craft and food vendor applications

1st Round of Jurying is done!

We have completed round 1 of the jurying process and confirmation packets have been sent. From now until September 15th (or until we are full) I will process applications as I receive them.  See the list below for available booth spaces.
