October 3, 2020 Craft Fair Has Been Cancelled

We have had many inquiries regarding the October 3, 2020 Bella Vista Arts & Crafts Fair. Unfortunately due to the continuing COVID-19 situation the event is cancelled for this year. We are currently in the very early planning stages for the 2021 craft fair and look forward to seeing all our returning vendors and customers.

To our vendors and community,

While it was a very difficult decision, the Bella Vista Parent, Teacher, Student Association (PTSA) and the Craft Fair Committee have opted to cancel the Arts & Crafts Fair scheduled for October 3, 2020. We believe this decision was best for the safety and well-being of the vendors, the volunteers, and the community as a whole, during these challenging times. 

While it is true that the fair is still many months away, there is a great deal of planning and preparation that must take place in the next couple of months for such a large event.  We have determined that there are simply too many challenges associated with this planning to maintain adequate safety standards.

We would like to thank all our vendors and the community for supporting the Bella Vista High School PTSA, and want you to know that we will continue to work hard towards the next Craft Fair in 2021. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact us at bvcraftfair@gmail.com.

Friday, May 15, 2020.

Important Dates

May 15, 2020 - Applications available on this website

June 30, 2020 - Applications due to be included in the 1st round of jurying

July 15, 2020 - Conformation packets sent (to all vendors included in the 1st round of jurying)

July 15 - Sept 15, 2020 - Applications processed as received

Sept 15, 2020 - Final day to submit both craft and food vendor applications
