BVHS Arts & Crafts Fair

Applications can now be submitted electronically using google forms or printed and mailed as usual.  Just click on the words on the left hand side of the blog under APPLICATIONS.

NOTE: If you have ANY food on your table, for sale or free, you are considered a FOOD vendor at our fair and will need to use the food vendor application.

We have a few changes to the important dates:

Application deadline for first round of jurying: June 30, 2022

(This is the best chance to get the booth space you want)

Begin emailing of confirmation packets: July 15, 2022

Final deadline for FOOD vendors: September 1, 2022

Final deadline for CRAFT vendors: September 15, 2022

Update 2022!

Dear Vendors,

The Bella Vista High School PTSA is very excited about the 40th annual Arts & Crafts Fair.  Our next fair is scheduled for Saturday, October 8, 2022 and we look forward to seeing all of you again! 

Applications will be available through this website on April 25, 2022.  This year we have been working hard to make our application process easier.  You will be able to either print the application and mail it as usual or submit it electronically.  Please note however that any application received, whether by mail or email, will not be considered complete without all accompanying documentation and payment.  

At this time we are planning to hold our fair as usual, however, due to the changing Covid-19 situation our plans may require some changes.  We wanted to let you all know that we will be taking into consideration any public health guidelines or restrictions that may be necessary to hold our fair.
