💛Vendors can find their assigned booth space in the e-mail from bvcraftfair@gmail.com. 

💛Vendors who have summitted a completed application, sent photos, and paid for their booth space will receive confirmation of their assigned booth.  

💛Delays in any of these three steps will result in delays in booth assignment. 

The volunteers at BV PTSA have families, jobs, and a full life outside of planning this wonderful craft fair for our community.  Your graciousness and patience are appreciated. 💚

 WANT YOUR CRAFT NOTICED?  PICK THE FAST LANE when applying! 

What is the FAST LANE? The PTSA CF volunteers will assign you a booth space and design the vendors around you, so that your booth space is next to different types of crafts.  

(This will cut down on 4 booths selling the same things all in a row.)

THE FAST LANE OPTION SPEEDS UP THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR YOU, AND MAKES THE JURRYING PROCESS FASTER FOR US, IT'S A WIN-WIN!

WOW! The Craft Fair Committee met today. We dished out duties, and are thrilled to have new hands and big hearts to step into some of the roles that make the Craft Fair possible.

Applications can now be submitted electronically using google forms or printed and mailed as usual.  Just click on the words on the left hand side of the blog under APPLICATIONS.

Please try a laptop or other device*

NOTE: If you have ANY food on your table, for sale or free, you are considered a FOOD vendor at our fair and will need to use the food vendor application.

We have a few changes to the important dates:

Application deadline for first round of jurying: June 30, 2022

(This is the best chance to get the booth space you want)

Begin emailing of confirmation packets: July 15, 2022

Final deadline for FOOD vendors: September 1, 2022

Final deadline for CRAFT vendors: September 15, 2022
