Well we have another GREAT fair in the books.

Craft Fair & Rain!

Just wanted to let everyone know that if this much needed rain continues we will make every effort to reorganize all vendors booth located on a grass area to either the parking lot near Section C/D and/or under the eaves behind the DJ.

An email will be sent to each vendor Friday if their booth space has been relocated due to the rain and possible flooding.

Fast Approaching!!

Hello All

We are a little more than 6 weeks from The Fair and there are still a few booths left, so if you have thinking about applying now is the time.

Just a quick note about Friday 10/2/15 set up. This primarily for Section G, cafeteria, which can be locked up for the night.

The confirmation packets do say that Sections E&F can also set up Friday, this was in error.
BV Campus is not a locked campus, so IF a vendor chooses to set up their tables and/or EZ up, this is at your own risk.  The school is not responsible for any damage that could be done.
