Four Small Walkway Signs.  Easy construction and painting job.  We need these to direct visitors to the inner campus, food, restrooms and raffle table.

Friday evening, October 3th.  It takes about 25 volunteers to help prepare the campus on the night before the fair from 3 - 6pm.  We need leaf blowers and scoopers, cafeteria table distributors, and booth markers.  We have to work early because it gets dark quickly and there may be an evening football game to work around.  Please sign up by the week before - Thank you!

EVENT DAY!!! - October 4th
We start setting up at 4:30am to receive vendors at 5:30am.  The fair starts at 8:30am and goes until 4pm.  Everyone is typically gone no later than 6pm.  It takes a lot of people working in shifts to make it all come together.  Please review the list below to see where you may be able to help, but don't forget to also make time to enjoy the fair and support our wonderful vendors and students!

4:30 - 6:30am - Parking lot set-up; distribute rented tables to booth spaces
5:30 - 8:30am - Vendor check-in; traffic direction; assist vendors with unloading; poster/sign distribution.
7:30 - 8:00am - Clear the parking lot of vendor vehicles to prepare for public entrance
8:15 - 11am / 11am - 1:30pm / 1:30 - 3:30/4pm - Parking lot directors; Kids' Corner supervisors; booth-sitters; runners; canvas bag sales; raffle table assistance and ticket sales
4 - 6pm - Vendor loading assistance; traffic direction; campus clean-up

VOLUNTEERS KNOW THIS: Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile.

However, if enough applications (4 or more)are received by Labor Day, Section I, will be open. See "Vendor Map" above for location.

This area can accommodate 8 booths, each 10x10 with cement.

So if you are still thinking about submitting an application, hurry!! You don’t want to miss out.

First Jurying is complete!

Hello Vendors!!

Thank you all that have sent in your applications.  We have already filled 87% of our booths!  We have 25 booths open.  Spread the word!

We have just completed our first round of jurying.  The confirmation letters were mailed today.  The booth fee checks will be deposited on Tuesday, July 1st.

We are really looking forward to all of the new vendors we have coming to our 2014 Craft well as our returning vendors! We also have more food vendors coming... YUM!! :)

New school year comes a new Craft Fair Committee.  These are a great group of people! We are all dedicated to our school and to a successful Craft Fair.

2014 Craft Fair ~ Welcome to the new year!

Hello Everyone! 
My name is Lisa Miller.  I am the new BV Craft Fair Committee Chair.  My son is currently a junior at Bella Vista and my daughter is an incoming freshman.  I have been involved with my kid’s schools PTA’s and have been on school Boards and soccer Boards for several years.  I have been going to the BV Craft Fair for years as well as other craft fairs in Northern California.  I look forward to working with you, the vendors, and the BV parent volunteers at our 2014 Craft Fair. 

Important note:
After careful consideration, BVCF has decided to discontinue the electronic application and payments this year until we are able to improve and streamline the process.  2014 Vendors will need to download the application and U.S. mail completed application with payment.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.


Please note the California PTA now requires each participant to sign a Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement.  This must be included in your application packet to participate.

Dates to Remember:
June 9th:  Completed applications & Fees due for 1st round selection

June 24th:  Confirmation packets to be mailed out & first deposit of fees
